How do I view the forums?

-At the top of the page on the banner running horizontally click on the white text labeled “Forums”, you will then see the list of Metropolitan areas where we have discussion forums for.  Click on the Metropolitan area that you are interested in (exp: Albany, NY) and then you will see the topics that have been posted.

Why can’t I comment or create a new post?

-To respond to a post or to start a new one you must be a member of the forum (which is free) and be signed in.  If you are not a member, click the “Join” link in the upper right hand corner of the page and complete the registration form to join the forum.  If you are already a member of the forum and you cannot post please login to your account, you can do this by clicking “Sign In” in the upper right hand corner of the page.

How do I change the information in my profile?

-You must be logged in to change your profile, once you have logged in either click “My Profile” on the banner running horizontally across the page or click “Edit Profile” in the upper right hand corner of the page.  Once you have clicked one of these pages you can update all of the information that is in your profile.

What does the image of “eAgent.com Certified Professional” mean that some users have in their profile?

-A user who has the “eAgent.com Certified Professional” image in their profile is a licensed agent (Real Estate, Mortgage, Title Insurance, Home Insurance) and is an eAgent representative for a particular town or city.  This user can provide you with professional advice regarding the area and questions you may have inquired about.

I want to find an agent to work with, how do I do this?

-At the top of the page on the banner running horizontally click on the white text labeled “Find an Agent” and this will take you to eAgent’s real estate page where you can locate agents across the US and Canada.

I am an agent, how do I become an e-Agent?

-At the top of the page on the banner running horizontally click on the white text labeled “Become an e-Agent” and this will take you to eAgent’s business page where you can learn more about our service offering and register to become an exclusive agent for a particular town or city.
