One of the things I have noticed in the Hilton Head Island area is that homes or condo's or lots priced at market price sell. Our local homes and condo's have changed from 3 - 5 % to 5 - 7 % selling to list price. I expect that in the near future they will change back to 3 - 5 %. I hav e heard...
