Hi RealEstateGuru, I think what they mean is that consumers expect agents to be quicker to respond. As a consumer, I am bad about that too. 70" of Snow- yippie!

Crested Butte received 70" inches of snow this past week. Free skiing is still going on with the last day being Saturday. That's a savings of $79/ day and more money for those Christmas presents! Hope to see you out here!
