Victor Muzzatti, also known as Vittorio, is a native to the metropolitan area. He is the owner of Confidence Title & Escrow. His specialty is residential real estate transfers and refinances. Although fluent in Spanish, Italian and English, Victor currently is conducting over half of his settlements in Spanish. Mr. Muzzatti attended St. John’s High School in Washington, D.C., he received his Baccalaureate degree from the University of the District of Columbia and graduated from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. Mr. Muzzatti is a member of the Maryland and District of Columbia Bar. Mr. Muzzatti is also the sole owner of the Law Offices of Muzzatti and Associates, L.L.C., Attorneys at Law, which is ‘of counsel’ to Confidence Title. Both offices are located at 702 Russell Avenue, Suite 303, Gaithersburg, MD, 20877. Victor has been in the real estate field since 1990 where he began as a Realtor. He went on to work for two major title companies in the area and began his own operation after realizing that bigger wasn’t necessarily better. His focus at Confidence Title is strictly on the clients and customers and their satisfaction, not necessarily on the number of transactions closed in any given month.
