    foreclosures

I was wondering, with all of the foreclosures right now and some of the interesting "deals" that are going on, if there are any where individuals or banks would be willing to trade houses.  With the market the way it is, I would never be able to get what I want out of it.  If I could find a foreclosure that was actually going for less than what I owe, move my loan to that home and get whatever is over out of the house to pay down the principal of my loan.  That would help me out sooooo much.  I am struggling to pay my mortgage and was hoping that there was something out there that would be a good idea for me.  I know that the market will turn back around and I would be able to sell my home for more then, but I don't know if I would be able to buy anything.  If prices go up too high, I wouldn't.
