    rental property

We have a small rental property in St Pete. It has been rented by a couple for the last three years. They had a lease the first year but said they didn't need one for the second. They pay by cashiers check every month. They have done many repairs and upgrades to the house without asking. It is OK with me of course as they have not charged me for them. But I saw them the other day and they said that they feel like it is their house. Do I have a problem?

The best person to ask is a real estate attorney. Do you want to sell it to them?
