A recent report showed Denver with the best real estate price appreciation of 20 major US cities.  The S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Index showed Denver with 0.3% price increase from July to August 2007.  Only one other city showed a positive direction.  The other 18 cities were all negative.  We expect that Denver will lead the nation in coming out of the current real estate slump, since we did not experience the hugh price appreciation of the other major markets in the last few years.

So, if you or someone you know is thinking of buying a home in the Denver area, now may be the best time to act.  After all, a market bottom is only recognized after prices start to go up.
