I haven't used RealtyTrac so this is purely subjective but since the users have to pay for access to the data they must be fairly interested/qualified.
They use a CC to pay so all information about them is most likely valid. I'd be interested to hear why the other user said not to use them and what other people have to say who have used RealtyTrac.
