I agree as this would probably be a big benefit for all aprties involved. Maybe it's because they don't want to absorb the cost or maybe they aren't adversed on what home staging is all about. If I were a realtor and my market was slow and with the sellers permission, I'd invest in Home Staging. The first impression is the most important from curb appeal to the inside. Maybe those who do Home Staging need to market to realtors in their area and educate them on the benefit of home staging. Anyone have an idea on how this is priced?
