I am planning to move to Tuscaloosa within the next 3 to 6 months to work on my doctrate degree at the University of Alabama campus.  Where is the best place to purchase a nice home in a nice, quiet, and established neighborhood?  I currently live in Plano, TX in a 4BDR, 3 Full bath, 2LIV, dining room, large kitchen, with a 2 car garage, and a huge front and back yard.  The new home that I purchase will need to be near the best school district Tuscaloosa has to offer for my 13 year old son...any suggestions and/or ideas?
