Give them information on how to save their homes Give them the benefit of your experience. Why not hold a teleconference for them. They will gladly pay you for your help.
In the end, they will either be able to keep their homes, in which case you have made a friend and some money, or they will have to get rid of it. Guess who has the inside track? The nice thing about this method of making money with foreclosures is that thanks to the Internet, it can be pursued all across the country!
