Have any of you ever gone on a listing appointment that will definately be unforgettable??  I went one awhile back and while we were discussing how much to list and their payoff, the wife pops up and tells her husband that the payoff was wrong because she never took that trip to AL to visit her mom, instead she went to VEGAS for a trip with the girls and well ended up taking out a second mortgage to pay off her VEGAS debt!! 

What about you guys?  What are some of your memorable experiences as an agent?  

Holy moley! That is a good one! I don't have listing appointment stories, but property showing ones. One time this man (with his wife and child) was so rude and crude to me that I walked out on the appointment.

We had an agent here locally who got caught ummmmm doing the nasty in a vacant home one time with her boyfriend!

This business is always interesting, isn't it?!
