Well, it's good to get some good news or trends or whatever!  I was happy to hear that overall, foreclosures in New Mexico were actually down from the 2006 levels.  Not a headline that you're likely to read in most newspapers.

That is definately some great news of the foreclosure rate.  Wish NC could say that!  Every where we seem to turn there's a family losing their home.
