Anyone have Investor buyers at 70% LTV?

Are there any Agents on this forum that have Investors that are looking to buy properties at around 70% LTV in NY, NJ, RI and MA. Please note: these are real "today" values backed up by current valuations. I hooked up with a company that is closing on a block of REO's in these areas and they are looking to sell them quickly.
