One hundred year old century home

I am wondering if any real estate agent could tell meif you would get more money for a remodeled century home if all the new walls were redone in lath and plaster.  I am prepared to do this if it will up my resale value.  Thank you for you time.

IMHO that type of improvement would be lost on a buyers unless they KNEW and were LOOKING for this feature.

They only see the finished product.
