I jut recently joined a program   right and it deals with real estate ok? my question is will it be against the law to puchase notes for these people and refer them to the actual buyer? I live in  charlotte. ths is a very popular program this man is known on t.v. and the website and his program really works.

i locate these notes form realtors and turn them in to the people who is paying the money and i get a percentage. even thoughi am the middle mando i need a liscence in order to do this? I need answers Please help.
