I have a house in Denison, Texas that Ive been trying to sell to these people but it has become a nightmaire. We started of with a lease to buy until they could get financed. I let them move in without a deposit and gave them 1st month rent free to clean the place up. everything was fine until the second month when it was time to pay I got a call from their invester saying they got 100% aproved. We sighned a new contract on the house and now its been 2 months gone buy and we still havent closed. Its went past the closing date and the contract date has passed but they are in my house and i havnt gottin i cent yet. The new contract stated that they get possesion of property at closeing but they are already in the property. How can I get them out? also they used 1,200 worth of electricty in my name until i found out about it. What do I do
