    What do I do???

I am renting a condo....I have two people that are both interested in it, and want to come by again with a deposit tonight....Both want it for the same terms....I don't know if I want to get into a bidding war.....but how would you approach it?  Say...."I don't want to get into a bidding war....but will flip a coin....or if you really want it..you can make me a better offer?"

    Any help would be appreciated...

If you don't want to get into a bidding war I would give it to the person who put the offer in first.

    First come, first serve.

Why are you against the bidding war? It seems like the best deal for you, having people constantly raising their offer and throwing more money at you. What you could do though, if you don't want to get into that, is to have both parties make one final offer to you, but one party doesn't see the other's offer. So it's like a silent auction I suppose, clean and easy.
