Great idea!  See that's creative marketing when the housing industry is in a slump!  Obvioulsy you have gotten some attention as I see there have been alot of views!

I'd certainly like to embed something about the industry as I am a Mortgage Loan Officer into the web site I am presently working on......is there a place where I can find out how to do this? I know what YouTube is.....but don't know the specifics of it.

Oh,yes....add the additional to your site as that would be so good and so much more!   Very creative!!!  Watch your views grow...maybe you can add a checkbox:  Are you interested or a tire kicker!  LOL!  How has the industry been for you in Canada?  I'm telling you, we are really taking a hit and it doesn't help with all the negative on the media 24/7.....don't you think that contributes to the stagnation of the economy to a degree?  Have spoken to people who are pulling out their IRA's due to the stockmarket and paying off their homes.......nothing like putting the fear in them in thinking they will lose their homes.  I've been a mortgage loan officer for 10 years....so I guess I'm going to try and ride it out!

The slow down caused by the sub prime does not exist in the same fashion in Canada in that we have CMHC ( Canada Mortgage and Housing Insurance) for loans in excess of 80 % LTV.

The drop of the stock market is very troubling.   As imports and exports are everyone's concern.
