That is a great deal. Even though the date has expired, maybe I will pass this info along to my father-in-law. He sells real estate in Huntsville for Keller Williams.

I have been in Real Estate for over two decades. This is an old worn out method. Think out of the box. I do that why my listings don't last maybe 90 days.
