This summer I was on a cruise to Alaska and stayed 3 days in Vancouver.  We looked at the market in Juneau and Katchikan

and thought there wasn't a big choice and the prices were not cheap for what you got.  Do you get buyers from Vancouver?

That was a amazing market and a lovely city.  We have people from that area coming to Phoenix area at least in the winter because it is fabulous here.

It is a great 2nd home market and the temperature is the greatest 60-70.  If you  hear of anyone looking to investigate our

I have always wanted to visit Alaska, maybe I need to check out one of those cruises.  I bet that was neat!

How is the market in Alaska? My hubby really wants to do a Heli-skiing trip there one day. I have heard that it is just an amazing state!
