Anyone not looking forward to the cold weather?

If you are like me, you are never looking forward to weather that falls below 60 degrees.  After 11 years of living in the states, I sold my house and moved to St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.  Why the VI?  Well, I am still a US citizen and can travel back and forth between the US and the islands without a passport.  I can travel between all 4 major USVI islands with just an ID.  I am covered by the US flag, government, laws and benefits.  Best of all, the weather is an average 85 degrees with and average of 360 days of sunshine a year.  Other advantages are year round swimming, fresh air, shorts and flip flops, beautiful blue waters and down to earth residents.  Are you jealous yet?  lol

If you are interested in finding out more about "America's Paradise", or would like to purchase property here for vacation, investment or as a primary residence, drop me a line and I can get you some information.  After just two visits, I decided to move here and haven't regretted on day.

Have a great day!  On my way to the beach now!

    Hello,

Thanks!  I really appreciate that.  Here is a link that you can also forward.  Tell your cousin to contact me for any info regarding the USVI or any other property types they may be interested in (such as houses or land).  Or maybe they just want to come and visit and need visitor information or websites.

Anyway, here is the link.  Have a wonderful day!

Thanks!  I will do that.  I went onto the link you are talking about and then ended up at this page: http://www.coralbeachrealtyusvi.com.  Not sure if it is still your site but when I tried to then do a search for condo's or home's or anything on the "Search Properties" page it came up saying this page cannot be displayed.  I think you might want to have your tech person take a look at that.

Again, thanks for the details the one link at leads works...

Hey, I am not looking but I did send the information to my cousin who was/is. I will try to get her to register on the site and get in touch with you directly. Also, I noticed that some of the agents on here are back-linking their comments on their own personal sites. You might want to try that, it helps with search engine ranking...ie - free traffic.

I don't know if I could ever go without experiencing ALL 4 seasons. Up here in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania every season is extremely gorgeous. Wintertime is an absolute Winter Wonderland, Summer you have the whitewater rafting and all the festivals, Spring you gradually see that green enter the picture until BAM bright and illustrious green leaves and brand new baby fawn walking around the streets and that brings us to Autumn, The Absolute Brightest and most Vibrant leaves you will ever see. The Landscaping is Simply God's Work of Art! I think I would prefer to vacation in the Islands and live and experience all 4 seasons. Over at Jack Frost / Big Boulder Ski Resorts they are making snow as I write this!!

    HI

YES , I too look forward to the "nippy " weather here in North Carolina !:-))

We actually  have already had  3or 4 nights of frost  and below freezinf temp's . I used to live in PA. close to the southern Border .

Maryland had also some of the best SKI resorts , I worked in the office of Seven Springs Ski Lodge .in Seven Springs PA ! Small world .

But I do miss the snow on the rolling hills of the 700 acre farm we used to live ( rented the house that's all ) .

and the wild life etc. etc. This year I,m going SOMEWHERE where they have snow , just to roll around in it and go home :-))LOL

But NC also has 4 season's just much more moderate . and that is fine by me , I can go look up the snow in our own mountains ( smokey"s).

Good to hear some body else also loves the 4 season's .

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.  Personally, I like the cold also BUT warm weather is of course way more comfortable.  I think you should try and convince these other agents on here to send you referrals from their clients.  If they are unwilling to admit that they like the warmth maybe their clients will.

Take care and I would say stay warm, but you probably are already!  HAHA
