I'm looking into new construction in Charlotte done by Tuscan Development - http://www.tuscandevelopment.com/ - does anyone know anything about this company and their quality? 

Anyone live in one of their current projects?  Happy with the build, quality, any issues, etc?

I did not receive any responses from fellow Prudential agents today, but tomorrow's another day!  There's lots of good info on the web and I would also suggest you submit an inquiry to Charlotte BBB.  I'm sorry I have not had any personal dealings with Tuscan Development, so I can't speak from experience.  If you do not have representation, I will be glad to work with you as your agent and will dig further into the matter.

Thank you Pat for looking into this.  I will take your advice and call the BBB and also see if I can find any info. on them from Home Inspectors.  I am just starting to look at properties but will keep your contact info. and be sure to be in touch if/when I am ready to move forward.
