    What are your thoughts, obviously as a homeowner and someone who plans to sell in the coming years I hope it's true.  I have to say, Austin is a great place so I hope prices do grow but I don't want to jump the gun.  The market seems so unstable right now.

    Any thoughts, agents, Austin residents?

    My husband was born in TX, he is always talking about wanting to move back and I have heard great things abotu Austin.
