As mentioned in a previous post I am considering a move to Charlottesville, I was thinking of a sfh but am now also considering a condo, I did a quick search and only found Cream Street (http://www.creamstreet10.com/index.html).  Are there any other condos in the city that are new/modern and is this condo and others away from the University?  I'm past the stage of dealing with drunken kids all night, I'm too old for that.
